UK Buyers i will post 1st class Recored Delivery or 1st class Certificate of posting for items upto £30. For items over £30 i will post Special delivery if special delivery is paid for. Non UK buyers i will post Airmail certificate of posting for items upto £30. Items over £30 i will post Airsure or International Signed For if paid for. Your address will be printed out clear by printer. A return address will be placed on the back. I always use new packing. If you order a sim card thay are always posted is a jiffy type bag for maximum protection. Please note shipping terms and condition maybe diffrent for each listing. If you not happy with the Item please message me before giving feedback. Please return in new condition and unused with in 30 days of the item being delivered to you if you want a refund. If item goes missing in the post i will make a claim with Royalmail so thay can investigate what happend to the missing item. I take all Serial numbers of the items i post. Any UK post that goes missing i refund in around 15 to 30 days for non UK post i refund in around 30 days. I refund by the same method by which you have paid for the item. Also i can offer you a replacement for the missing item. I am UK Based. Please note refunds and returns terms and condition maybe diffrent for each listing. This is my standard policy on refunds and returns. I am a Business seller who is also Registered as a business seller on ebid. This means you have the right to return unwanted and unused or broken goods back to me with in 30 days (UNDER UK LAW) for a full refund this includes any postage i charged. You must read this before buying. When you buy from me the seller you agree to these terms and conditions "Cheques must be UK bank cheques. Postal orders must be UK postal orders. Missing post will be looked into by Royalmail. Missing post is very very rare if this did happen royalmail will contact you. Missing items are refunded or replaced if instock once roaylmail have investigate whats happend this can take over 30 days.
